With 8 regular players unavailable DC Green started the game with only 10
players on the field. 10 minutes into the game Jackie showed up to make it
11. DC Green struggled to get into a rhythm. Melec put on the pressure
and came up with 2 goals. Jeff made an appearance to help out
the team and came on as a sub halfway into the first half . Zach showed up
after being stuck in traffic. The second half started with hope as DC Green
was the team putting on the pressure and Zach was able to take advantage and
score a goal. Felipe and January both had to come out with injuries
and the team was again down to only 10 players on the field. After
being clearly offsides and no call Melec took off on a breakaway and scored.

DC Green 1 One Dev 2
On a hot sunny day DC Green played well with a little bad luck. The girls on
the team hustled throughout the game as they had to play without any
subs. About 20 minutes into the game January crossed a great ball into
the box and found Zach who blasted it into the net. One Dev was having a
tough time getting through our defense. They earned a corner kick and
crossed the ball into the box . Felipe came out to clear the ball and put a
perfectly placed header into the goal. Unfortunately, it was our goal.
A few minutes later One Dev got a shot off which went off of Tom's face then
the post and then trickled in over the line. DC Green dominated the second
half with a relentless attack and numerous opportunities thwarted by their
goalkeeper. One Dev failed to get a shot on goal in the second half and they
ended the game with 2 goals on one

DC Green 2 United 3 DC
Green started their 9th Spring together with a blast from Jennifer as she
scored the first goal of the season to take the lead. Then 10 minutes into
the game 8 years after his debut with the Team that Shagged Me Hall of
Famer Andy Reichert came off the bench and out of retirement to give the
team a spark . United scored on a well placed shot and a female
